• Submit Rs 1500 Result Cancellation fee in KCBL (Karakoram Cooperative Bank Limited)
• Submit the application form along with all required documents at the External Examination One Window Cell.
• You can receive documents (if any) during office hours of weekdays.

Note : Bring yellow copy of KCBL Fee Receipt at receiving.
Result Cancellation can only applicable for SSC-I/HSSC-I/BSC, B.COM-I.

Instructions

1. A student who has completed the course but dosed not appear in SSC-I/HSSC-I examination or having appeared as passed/absent shall be eligible to join the class in which he/she was studying, not later than 20 days to the re-opening of the institution after summer vacations or after the declaration of the result which ever in later. However he/she invariably apply through institution for cancellation of previous result.
2. The candidate who get cancellation their Part-I result shall not be eligible.
   (i) For scholarship.
   (ii) For determination of position in KIU Examination.
   (iii) For improvement of result.
   (iv) For a certificate that he/she passed the examination in multiple attempts.
3. Original result card of SSC-I/HSSC-I must be attached with the admission form.
4. Regular students are required to apply through the heads of concerned institution.
5. Copy of permission letter would invariably attach with the admission form.
6. The Head of institution is required to please tick the relevant class Part-II of the pro- Forma and cross the other one.
7. The request for cancellation of Result card may be forwarded to the CE KIU Gilgit- Baltistan soon after re-admission. It will not be entertained after Form Notification.
